Green Street Realty is working with Sub4 Development on plans to build a new 214 Unit Apartment Complex in the Phoenix, Arizona suburb, Goodyear. The Goodyear site is an outstanding location right next to the $108 Million Dollar Goodyear Ballpark that is the spring training home to the Cleveland Indians and Cincinnati Reds. Green Street Realty/Sub 4 Development will start construction on the Nova Tower in Lafayette, Indiana later this summer. The Opportunity Zone development is located in the heart of downtown Lafayette, just across the river from Purdue University. The property will consist of 76 apartment units and 5,500 of retail space. Green Street has recently executed a lease for the commercial space with Anytime Fitness.
Green Street Realty has acquired the rest of the southern part of 500 block of E University Ave in Champaign. The 13,000 sq foot strip center sits on a 35,000 square foot lot and and is next door to the 501 E University Ave devleopment that Green Street built in 2017.

Our Campus Town Opportunity Fund was created to build new construction bring in investors that have capital gains to invest in Federally designated Opportunity Zones. Green Street Realty's construction team, Sub 4 Development, is wrapping up construction of a new retail building at 501 Commerce Dr in Savoy. Green Street Realty has fulled leased this new 5,000 sq foot building, with Industrial Donut opening in mid April and El Rancho Grande opening this summer.
