Looking for an individual to sign a sublease in a 1B1B apartment in Urbana for the 2021-2022 academic year (August 2021 - August 2022). I recently signed a lease at 508 W. Griggs St. (3rd floor apartment); however, I will no longer be needing this apartment since I recently found a job. I have not moved into the apartment nor do I plan to move into the apartment. The rent is $575/month (not including utilities). The unit has on-site laundry, free parking, and the unit is fully furnished. In addition, the sublessee will be responsible for paying for the electricity, gas, water, and internet (~$100/month). The sublessee will also be responsible for paying the security deposit ($99).
