We are well underway on construction of three new developments on the University of Illinois campus that will total 563 beds. The projects will be completed in time for the opening of classes in Fall of 2021. The locations include 309 E Springfield, Champaign, 711 S Fourth St, Champaign and 1007 W University Avenue, Urbana.
