Solace of Goodyear is a 211 Unit, $44 million dollar Apartment Development in Goodyear, Arizona. The Goodyear site is an outstanding location right across the street from the city owned $108 Million Dollar Goodyear Ballpark that is the spring training home to the Cleveland Indians and Cincinnati Reds. The high growth area is near numerous jobs and high profile companies such as Nike, Amazon and Chewy.com. The development is expected to start in January of 2021 and is in the Federally designated Opportunity Zone. This is one of several opportunity zone projects that Green Street has underway, with other opportunity zone locations expected to come online in 2020 and 2021 in Lafayette, Indiana and Colorado Springs, Colorado.
