Green Street Realty recently acquired Cadence Apartments in Des Moines, Iowa. The 195 Unit Apartment complex was built in 2017 and features a mix of 1, 2 and 3 Bedroom Apartments and an expansive amenity package. This is one of several planned out of market acquisitions that will take place in 2021.
