Rent is $550.00. Payment is due on the 1st of the month. If payment isn't received, a one-time of $50.00 will be charged on the 3rd of the month. Late fees will only be charged for outstanding balances of $50.00 or more and will never exceed $50.00 per month. On top of rent, there are separate monthly charges for water, insurance, utility, and electric. |
