I am looking for someone to take over my Studio apartment at 302 S 2nd St.
Lease Term:
* 08/01/2026 - 07/31/2027
* I strongly prefer someone who can take over the full lease, but I'm also open to Fall 2026 only.
Rent:
* Base Rent: $1,025/month (Renewal Rate)
* Utility Fee: $65/month
* Electricity (Ameren) is separate, and I am willing to help cover the electricity bill.

* 6th-floor studio with lots of natural light and a great view.
* Quiet end-of-hall unit with very little noise.
* Comfortable year-round (warm in the winter and cool in the summer).
* Great layout for one person.
* Fitness center, package room, laundry room, party room, and two elevators.
* Walking distance to County Market, Green Street, downtown Champaign, and multiple bus stops.
I actually renewed this apartment because I enjoyed living here so much, but unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, I am no longer able to return to Champaign.
The current base rent for new leases is $1,095, so this renewal rate is a great deal!
The apartment is fully furnished (bed, sofa, desk, TV, coffee table, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc.), and I can also leave additional household items if needed.
