Green Street Realty/Sub 4 Development will start construction on the Nova Tower in Lafayette, Indiana later this summer. The Opportunity Zone development is located in the heart of downtown Lafayette, just across the river from Purdue University. The property will consist of 76 apartment units and 5,500 of retail space. Green Street has recently executed a lease for the commercial space with Anytime Fitness.
