Green Street Realty has purchased most of the 700 block of Green St and Elm St in Urbana from Hunsinger Properties. The buildings include 701 W Elm, 705 W Elm, 711 W Elm, 203 S Coler, 704 W Green, 706 W Green, 712 W Green and 714 W Green. The plan is remodel the exisitng buildings.
