Green Street Realty Completes Purchase of Downtown Colorado Springs Site
Green Street Realty recently purchased land in Downtown Colorado Springs. The site will be the home to one of our newest developments. Our development team Sub 4 Development will be starting construction starting later this Fall. The Avian project is a Class A, 168 unit development located in the Federally designated Opportunity Zone. This is one of three projects in the Colorado Springs market, totaling over $200 Million Dollars in development.
