Green Street Realty/Sub4 Development on plans to build a new 336 Unit Apartment Complex in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The $70 million dollar project is expected to start in the late spring of 2020 and is in the Federally designated Opportunity Zone. This is one of several opportunity zone projects that Green Street has underway, with other opportunity zone locations expected to come online in 2020 in Lafayette, Indiana, and Goodyear, Arizona.

Green Street Realty's new franchise division has purchase the rights to open up to 8 Crunch Fitness franchises (https://www.crunch.com/) in St Louis, Missouri. We are expecting to open the first locatoin in early 2020. Crunch Fitness has over 300 franchises throughout the US, Canada and Australia.

Green Street Realty's newly formed franchise division will be opening its first Culver's restaurant in Grand Island, Nebraska. The restaurant opened December 9, 2019.
