Open in the Fall of 2019, 104 E John will have 20 apartment units with a mix of 1, 2 and 4 bedroom units.

Green Street Realty has started phase 2 of our Carle at the Fields project. Like Phase 1, this development will feature two more buildings that flank both sides of the Hampton Inn Hotel. It will feature over 16,000 feet of retail and 60 apartment units.

Green Street Realty is in the process of building a new 7 Story building at 55 E Green St in Campustown. The building will feature a national tenant on the first floor and 36 apartments units, with 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments available. Building will open in Summer of 2019.

Green Street Realty is in the process of remodeling the former 84 Unit Skelton Place building that was owned by the Housing Authority of Champaign County. The 8 Story building will have 84 apartment units, fitness center and resident lounge. The building will be available to lease in 2019.
