Move-in is one of our busiest (and favorite!) times of the year, and we're excited to welcome you to Green Street Realty. To help make your move-in as smooth and stress-free as possible, we've put together this guide with everything you'll need to know before arriving.

We've also attached the CU Hardware (Do It Best) Pre-Order Packages flyer so you can browse available move-in bundles and apartment essentials that can be ready and waiting for you at move in.

Your Move-In Checklist

 Know your move-in date and key pickup location.
 Bring a valid photo ID.
 Make sure your account balance has been paid in full.
 If someone else is picking up your keys, email us before move-in.
 Turn on any required utilities before your lease begins.
 Want apartment essentials waiting for you? Pre-order from CU Hardware by Friday, August 7 at 5:00 PM (Central Time).

Move-In Dates & Key Pickup

Residents with an August 1 Lease Start

If your lease begins on August 1, you may pick up your keys:

Saturday, August 1
10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

This special Saturday key pickup is only for residents whose lease begins on August 1.

Please note that we are not open on weekends other than August 1. Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and we are unable to schedule after-hours key pickups, so please plan accordingly.

Residents with Lease Start Dates on or After August 18

If your lease begins August 18 or later, you may pick up your keys on August 18.

The City Center

The City Center is located directly next to our office. If you have any trouble finding it, simply stop in our office at 510 S. Neil Street, and we'll gladly point you in the right direction.

What You'll Need for Key Pickup

Before arriving, please make sure:

• Your account balance has been paid in full.
• Keys cannot be released if there is an outstanding balance.
• If you are on a joint lease, all required roommate balances must also be paid before keys can be released.
• Bring a valid photo ID. Acceptable forms of identification include:
  • Driver's License
  • Passport
  • Student ID

Friend picking up your keys?

If someone will be picking up keys on your behalf, please email leasing@greenstrealty.com before move-in with:

• Your full name
• The full address you are moving into
• The full name of the person picking up your keys

The person picking up your keys must also bring a valid photo ID.

Utilities

If your lease requires you to place utilities in your name, they must be active before your move-in date.

Your utility responsibilities can be found on Page 1 of your lease, Section 3 –Under Monthly Payments.

Skip the Crowds – Pre-Order Your Move-In Supplies!

We're excited to partner with CU Hardware Company (Do It Best) to help make your move-in day even easier.

Pre-order your move-in essentials ahead of time, and your order will be ready and waiting for you at the Green Street Realty move-in table on move-in day! It's a great way to avoid the crowds at Walmart or Target and get everything you need before settling into your new home.

Students receive 15% off qualifying items at CU Hardware Company. The student discount has already been applied to the prices of all pre-order packages.
