Period: Subletting for Sep 2023- 3 Aug 2 2024 Room info: This is an on-campus, 1bedroom 1bathroom apartment. It's on the second floor. You can use it all for yourself- without roommates. Rent: Total amount is $815, including utilities except for electricity. You don't need to pay for electricity either unless you exceed $40, which won't be exceeded if used reasonably. Security deposit and sublease fee are taken care of by me! Location: Close to the green street, ARC and many department buildings like Gies, Education, Law, Arts, etc. Parking: 107 S Locust street. A parking spot without roof is $760 for the whole leasing year and a spot with roof is $900. Pets: need to be approved. $250 fee.
