Monthly rent is $725. We live in a female unit. Subleasing for this apartment would begin in the Spring 2024 semester. No security deposit is required. All 3 tenants get their own bedroom and bathroom. Myself and one of my current roommates will be subleasing this apartment during this time, so there will be 2 available spots in the unit for the Spring 2024 semester.
