The security deposit was $612.50, but I am not sure if you are required to pay that as a sublease.The sublease would be from as soon as possible until July. The apartment is a 19-minute walk from the main quad. Comes fully furnished, with in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, and ice maker in refrigerator. The building is pet-friendly and close to Kams if that is something you are interested in.
