Plans changed for this next year and I have to relocate. The sublease is available for the full term, 8/20/24-8/2/25. The rent is $655 and there’s a $25 utility fee. Water, electric, and internet is tenant responsibility. There’s an admin fee of $150 and if you sign this June i will happily pay.
