Hi I am subleasing my apartment for the summer of 2023 (June 1st- August 2nd) starting the first of June. Any gender can rent out the space! The rent is $800 and a $1 convince fee as well as a $15 sanitation fee per month. The apartment consists of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms but I will only be subleasing my singular bedroom and bathroom. I am requiring a security deposit of $401 that will be returned once the lease is over. Rent is due the 1st of each month.
