Hi there! My roommate and I are looking for someone to sublease our spacious and clean 2 bed/2 bath unit on the 6th floor. All genders are welcome! If you need some kitchen supplies, I'm happy to leave my plates, bowls, and gadgets for you to use. The monthly rent is $940, which includes a $15 sanitation fee. Utilities are covered by Green Street Realty with a cap of $75 for electricity for the 2 bed unit. The sublease is from May 20, 2023 to August 3, 2023. I will cover the rent for May, so you'll be responsible for paying starting June 1st. Rent is negotiable, so please feel free to contact me.
