Hi! The unit is a 1 bedroom so is gender neutral! The sublease would begin on June 1st, 2023 and would end on July 30th, 2023. The security deposit is $400 and the rent is $900 per month but I am willing to negotiate if need be. The area is great and the building itself is very safe. A garage (covered) parking spot is included in the lease. The unit is very spacious with a large closet, patio that connects to the bedroom, and, of course, in-unit laundry. Great option for someone looking for a summer lease in a quiet, safe space.
