Spacious 1 bed/ 1 bath Rent is $1,015. $25 sanitation fee. All utilities are included, but there is a $40 cap on electricity. I only paid $3 over last month, so roughly I pay less than $1,045 a month. Parking is limited and I took one of the last spots. It is $70 a month. I would like sublet that as well. The apartment is 486 sq ft, has a flat screen tv mounted to the wall, and is fully furnished. There is a $150 sublet fee that I’m also asking to be paid, but if you agree to the car sublease I will cover it.
