Rent is $985 per month, but I can pay part of it so that it becomes $850 for you. The sublease is from January to August 2024 (Spring 2024). Security deposit is not required. The apartment is pet friendly, fully furnished with a big TV, has a bus spot right in front of the building. The building also has a gym and a pool table and a table tennis court. I will also leave most of my essentials like my sheets, comforters, gaming chair, lamps, space heater, detergents, laundry sheets, laundry basket, mops, etc. They will all be thoroughly cleaned.
