The sublease period is from May 12, 2023-August 1, 2023. This is a two bedroom unit with one bathroom. The apartment is also pet friendly and comes with parking. The apartment is fully furnished including a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove, bedroom dressers, bed frame/mattresses, kitchen table/chairs, and a couch. The unit also comes with an in-unit washer and dryer. The rent is $672.5 a month (per person) including rent and fees. Water is billed back to residents so you are only expected to pay for water. There is a cap of $75 on electricity, which new tenant will be responsible for paying if going over. My roommate and I are looking to sublease both our bedrooms so this is perfect if you want a summer space with a friend or partner. Our favorite thing about this place has been how big and spacious the rooms are, the possibilities are endless! The location is very convenient, being less than a five minute walk away from County Market (grocery store). The apartment is also right across the street from a bus stop that can take you closer to campus or further downtown. It is only a quick walk away (less than 9 minutes) from Green Street where you can find convenience stores, bars, restaurants, entertainment, and other businesses. With all these amazing perks it would be a great place to spend your summer!
