Hello! I am subleasing my apartment for June and July of 2022 (June 1st- July 31st, move-in/move-out dates are flexible +/- a couple days). The apartment comes with a porch, great natural light, a massive bedroom, and free street parking directly in front of the unit. The leasing company also allows pets for an additional fee.
Base rent is $550 a month, which includes gas, water, internet, and trash. Electricity is the only utility that needs to be paid separately, though this has never exceeded $40. No security deposit required.
