Looking to sublease for the last couple months of our lease, move in would be available May 19, 2023. Our current lease ends July 31, 2023. Rent would be paid for June and July. Our unit is currently available to extend the lease with Green Street after July 2023. It is a brand new, spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath three floor with an attached garage, and central air conditioning. We are the only tenants who have lived in the unit. Base rent is $1699 for the two months during the sublease with additional $45 sanitation fee. Open to negotiating rent.  Renter pays electric. Pets require approval and additional fee.
