2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome. Unit is not gender specific. Subleasing will be from July 1, 2023 to July 31, 2024. After July 31, 2024, the original lease will be done and you can contact the property manager if you'd like to sign a new lease. Rent is $1525/month, not including electricity and internet. Utilities will have to be set up under your own name (Comcast and Ameren). A $150 subleasing fee, plus a security deposit of 1 month's rent will be required to move in.
