I have a sublease of a 1 room in a 2 bedroom apartment for a male roommate. The other room is occupied by a Postdoctorate degree student. He is nice, warm and friendly. Rent is 455$ but the actual lease for it is $589. I got a huge discount when I took the lease. The lease ends on July 1, 2023.
It is located at The Pointe Apartments 1601 East Florida Avenue Urbana. I am relocating, hence the need to sublease.
