Hello, I am looking for another student to lease this nice apartment with me. I am currently a vet student at UIUC looking for another graduate or professional student. I am looking for a clean and tidy roommate that is friendly with pets (1 dog and 1 cat). Also, I am an early bird but do not mind a night owl as long as we can agree on quiet hours so we may both get our rest(: Roommate has to be female and LGBTQ+ friendly. Rent is 725 a month + $15 trash fee + utilities + $725 security deposit (can get back if no damage occurs). Parking space costs $600. The bedroom being leased has no windows but each bedroom has its own bathroom!
