Rent is $1375 per month, plus a $50 per month sanitation fee. Sublessee is responsible for electricity and water, internet is provided. Sublease period is from August 18th, 2023 to July 31st, 2024. Sublessor will pay for rent, water, and electricity for the entire month of August, 2023 (you won't start paying rent and utilities until September, 2023).
