I would like to sublease my room in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment at 103 E Healey St from mid-May to August 3rd. My Roommate will most likely graduate this semester and he will also leave the apartment as well. (Male unit)
The rent is $750 and a one-time payment of $99 is required as a security deposit. The apartment is full furnished (with an air conditioning, a kitchen microwave, a washer/dryer, etc).
There is a fitness center as well.
