I have a studio for sublease available as early as the week of May 15th through August 1st. The apartment comes fully furnished, and I am willing to leave the couch that I brought for the remainder of the leasing period as well. Security deposit can be discussed, and rent is usually $965 per month, but I am willing to sublease the apartment out for $750/month with May 15-31 for free.
