This unit is a studio so there is no gender requirement! It's available from September 2023-August 2024 with an opportunity to renew for the following academic year if you would like. The rent is $1050 per month for the furnished apartment, which includes all utilities (a $40 cap on electric) and a $25 sanitation fee. There is a $525 security deposit, and I will be paying the sublease fee of $150. The apartment has updated appliances, an in-unit washer/dryer and a surprising amount of storage space for a studio! It's right off of green street so there is a lot in walking distance both for campustown and downtown Champaign. There is also a gym in the building and I can give my parking spot as well. I've loved living here!
