This apartment is at the 5th floor with no neighbors above you, your private bedroom has a private bathroom, a smart TV, a small fridge, a sink, and a couch inside the room (so it's like a studio with shared kitchen and in-unit laundry!).
The only rules for the roommates is no boys and no alcohol in the apartment.
The rent is $750/month inclusive of all utilities and sanitation fees (unless the electricity exceeds the cap which might look like $3 extra per month in winter) + $40/month for parking.
