We are subleasing one of four bedrooms for the Spring 2024 Semester (December- August) at 1007 S Locust in Champaign unit 306. Base rent is $570, however the water is billed back and other expenses bring rent to approx. $600 a month. Rent is due on the first of the month every month along with other fees. We have a fully equipped kitchen, and an in unit washer and dryer as well as two bathrooms. The space is very open and well lit.
