Excited to annouce our acquisition of Hessel Park Apartments in Champaign. The 285 Unit Apartment community is currently fully leased and in an oustanding Champaign location near the University of Illinois Campus. 

Excited to announce our acquisition of College Station Apartments in Normal. The 507 Bed Apartment community is located on the Illinois State University Campus. With this purchase, we now have close to 900 student housing beds in the market. In January we purchased the 391 Bed Hunter Portfolio. 

Excited to announce our acquisition of Parkview Business Center located at 901 Country Fair Drive, Champaign. The industrial building is fully occupied and includes multiple national companies. The 39,790 sq ft building was built in 2009.
