Green Street Realty is a property management company located in Champaign, Illinois near the University of Illinois. We specialize in the management of commercial and residential property. Green Street Realty manages over 3000 residential rental units, including over 3,500 student housing beds located on both the University of Illinois, Illinois State University and Eastern Illinois University campuses. In addition, we have over 300,000 sq feet of retail/office space, a wide selection of single family homes and affordable, luxury and market rate apartment options throughout Champaign, Urbana, Charleston, Decatur, Normal and Savoy. In 2020, we have expanded our footprint with apartment developments planned in Lafayette, Indiana, Madison, Wisconsin, Colorado Springs, Colorado and Phoenix, Arizona.

Green Street Realty is proud to manage several of areas largest apartment communities including student housing locations that include Capstone Quarters (608 beds), College Station, Normal (507 Beds), Place 117, Savoy (591 Beds). Atrium Apartments Urbana (240 beds), 609 S Randolph, Champaign (132 beds) and Youngstown Apartments Charleston (159 beds). Some of our off campus locations include Hessel on the Park (285 Units),  University Park Apartments (108 units), Tennyson Courtyard (96 units), Oakwood Estates Decatur (80 units) and Rainbow Apartments (72 units). In addition, properties we have managed in the past include Carisbrooke Apartments (320 units), Wellington Place Apartments (175 units), Twin Oaks Apartments (114 units), Barrington Apartments (60 units) and Illinois Properties Student Housing portfolio (450 beds).

 

We have formed our own development company, SUB 4 Development Company, to handle all aspects of the construction process. Our development office is located at 2301 W Bradley Ave, Champaign. Once the project is complete, we turnover the finished product to Green Street Realty to lease and manage the property. 

 

We have built numerous new projects over the last several years in Champaign County, well over $100 million in value, and have a huge pipeline of new products coming to the market in 2019 and beyond, including our first ventures out of the Champaign-Urbana market for construction. Some of our most recent development include 209 E University, Champaign, Carle at the Fields, Champaign, 902 Miejer Dr, Champaign and many more.
